All in all, not a lot of flash, the rewards can be quite good (I earned $1400 worth of points for free play yesterday, i've collected almost $5000 free play this year). I have a substantial amount pending withdrawal, and they've messed up the first part, so i'm very concerned this will take 2 months to trickle through. Contacting a manager or the payments team has proven impossible so far. I beleive they are in SE Asia, and it seems that they have zero access to financial info, which is good. Some are really great, some get extremely frustrating. Not to say there haven't been some hiccups, the 48 withdrawal wait is predatory, allowing budding problem gamblers to replay the winnings they chose to take, also you don't get bonus on the winnings you reverse. Also when you speak to anyone on live support you feel like they are not even humans you speak to, they all follow the same script and make it just the most impersonal experience, now that is even worse they pass you on to a BOT so there is no way of getting anything free at all (not that you could before) they are far to cheap and criminal for that but it is now up to the BOT so it denies you and no one has to feel bad because it isn't up to them, it is all up to the system. The gaming is 100% fixed for them to take everything, so if you like your money do not play here. I wrote a bad review on this group I play on Blackjack ballroom but I removed the review because I was finally able to win, but believe me that did not last the gaming is beyond horrible and I can see no other hope of winning until they collect every cent back.
